CopperJack Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

Left Hand Loop LLC ("CopperJack," "we," "us," or "our") operates CopperJack's website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. The Service is currently offered as an invite-only beta in the United States. Available features may vary between web and mobile and may change over time.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: Information you provide to set up and manage your account, such as your name, email address, and login information, along with your organization membership and preferences.
  • Customer content: Property and business information you enter, upload, or import, including financial information, photos, documents, and communications. This content may contain information about you or other people.
  • Information from other sources: Property records and related information from data providers, and information received through imports or connections you authorize.
  • Usage and technical information: Information about how you use the Service and how it performs, such as device and connection information, IP addresses, activity, and diagnostics. This information may be associated with your account or organization.
  • Support and feedback: Information you send us when you contact us or participate in beta testing, including feedback and diagnostic information made available through beta testing.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Service, support your workflows, communicate with you about the Service, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability and functionality, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use customer content to pursue real estate acquisitions for ourselves or other businesses. We do not use customer content to train AI models or authorize our service providers to use it for their own AI training.

3. How information is shared

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Within your workspace or at your direction: With authorized organization members according to their permissions, and with recipients or applications you choose.
  • To provide the Service: With providers that support hosting, storage, communications, and other operational functions. We require providers handling personal information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements and use it only for authorized purposes. Requested property-data features may also send necessary search or property information to data providers.
  • MLS listing data from a sponsoring broker: MLS comps are supplied through a licensed real estate brokerage. When you or another authorized member of your organization approves MLS comps for a deal, we share the organization owner's name and email address, and the property's city, state, and ZIP code, with that brokerage. We keep a record of your registration, your agreement to the MLS terms, and your MLS comp requests, and we may give that record to the brokerage, its MLS, or MLS GRID when they ask for it to confirm the data is being used under their rules.
  • For legal and security needs: When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or address fraud and misuse.
  • During a business transition: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service, subject to this policy and applicable law. We will notify affected users of a material change in responsibility for their personal information.

Applications you connect

You may choose to connect an external application, including your own AI service, through MCP (Model Context Protocol). CopperJack does not operate that external AI service. When you authorize a connection, information is shared within the access you grant and your organization permissions.

The external provider's terms, privacy practices, and your settings govern its handling of information it receives, including retention and any AI training. Review those practices before connecting. You can revoke access through your connected-application settings; doing so stops future access but does not delete copies already held by the provider.

4. Storage and permissions

The Service uses cloud and on-device storage, including cookies and similar technologies, to support sign-in, preferences, and offline use. Local changes synchronize when a connection is available. You can manage browser storage and device permissions, such as camera access, through your browser or device settings. Restricting them may affect related features.

We operate and process information in the United States. Our providers and applications you connect may process information in other locations.

5. Retention and your choices

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support your account or organization, and meet legal and security obligations. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the information. Backup copies may remain until their retention periods expire and remain protected under this policy.

To request account or personal-information deletion, email . For access, correction, other privacy requests, or help withdrawing an authorization, contact . We may verify your identity and authority, and will explain the handling and expected timing of your request, including any required retention. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Deleting your account does not automatically delete your organization's shared records. We assess those records according to applicable privacy rights, organization rights, and legal obligations. Uninstalling the application does not delete information stored by the Service.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, including an appeal of a denied request. You or an authorized agent may contact us to exercise applicable rights. We will explain any denial and will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Policy updates

We will post updates with a revised effective date and notify you of material changes through email or the Service as appropriate. We will obtain consent where required before applying a change. Updates do not automatically authorize unrelated new uses of previously collected information.
