Effective October 14, 2026
These Terms govern your use of CopperJack's website, applications, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Left Hand Loop LLC ("CopperJack," "we," "us," or "our"). By accepting these Terms or using the Service after they are made available to you, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Using CopperJack
CopperJack provides tools for real estate analysis and business workflows. Available features may vary between web and mobile and may change over time. The Service is currently an invite-only beta offered in the United States.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to .
Organization access is controlled by membership and permissions. Information you contribute may be shared with authorized members. Only upload information or authorize access that you have the right to provide.
2. Analysis and beta limitations
CopperJack's information, calculations, and projections depend on user inputs, assumptions, and third-party data. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee property values, costs, or investment results. The Service does not provide certified appraisals or professional legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, lending, or investment advice. Verify important information independently and consult appropriate professionals before making decisions.
Beta software may change, contain errors, or experience interruptions and data loss. Offline work may not be available elsewhere until it synchronizes. Maintain independent copies of important records and confirm that critical work has saved and synchronized. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes or discontinuation where practicable, unless urgent circumstances require otherwise.
3. Your content and our software
You retain your rights in the content you provide, subject to your organization's and other owners' rights. You give us a limited, nonexclusive license to store, process, and share that content only as needed to operate, support, and secure the Service, carry out your authorized instructions, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may perform these functions on our behalf under appropriate restrictions.
This permission does not allow us to sell your content, use it for our own real estate acquisitions, or train AI models on it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
We retain our rights in CopperJack's software and branding. You may use the Service for your authorized business purposes in accordance with these Terms. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
4. Responsible use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, access information without authorization, bypass security controls, or interfere with the Service. Do not upload malicious content or use automated access in an abusive or disruptive manner. Authorized integrations are permitted within their supported capabilities and restrictions.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload, import, and share information. Access to third-party data does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, or otherwise use it beyond the rights provided by its owner.
5. Third-party data and connected applications
The Service may use third-party information and services. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or suitability for your decisions, and applicable provider terms and restrictions continue to apply.
You may authorize external applications, including an AI service you choose, to connect through MCP (Model Context Protocol). CopperJack does not operate that external AI service. Its terms and privacy practices govern its service and the information it receives. You are responsible for authorizing appropriate access and reviewing its outputs.
You can revoke a connection through your connected-application settings. Revocation stops future access through that connection but does not delete information the provider already received.
6. MLS data
MLS data terms version 2026-10
Some CopperJack features show listing and sales information from a multiple listing service ("MLS data"). MLS data in CopperJack is supplied by a licensed real estate brokerage, which is shown to you in the product. By using MLS data, you acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful consumer-broker relationship with that brokerage for the purpose of receiving it.
By agreeing to this section, you also confirm that:
- Everything you obtain from MLS data is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type shown in CopperJack.
- You will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any MLS data, except in connection with your own consideration of the purchase or sale of an individual property.
- You acknowledge the MLS's ownership of, and the validity of its copyright in, the MLS database.
Evaluating a property you may buy, sell, or lease, including as an investment, is personal use here. Reselling, redistributing, or marketing with MLS data is not.
MLS GRID, and other MLS GRID participants or their authorized representatives, may access CopperJack to verify compliance with MLS rules and to monitor the display of participants' listings. By agreeing to this section, you accept that access.
This MLS data section does not impose any financial obligation on you and does not create any representation agreement between you and the brokerage.
7. Privacy and ending access
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, retention, and privacy requests. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate permission required for a feature or by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Request account or personal-information deletion at , or contact for assistance. We handle requests under our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the treatment of shared organization records.
We may suspend or end access to address violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the beta. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Ending access does not eliminate applicable privacy rights or obligations. Ownership, third-party restrictions, liability provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Left Hand Loop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including consequential losses of profits, business opportunities, or data, even if advised of their possibility.
These provisions do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Platform terms, changes, and governing law
Applicable app-store and distribution-platform terms also apply. These Terms govern the CopperJack Service and do not replace those agreements or mandatory protections.
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will post the updated Terms and effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes, unless legal or security needs require earlier changes. We will obtain affirmative acceptance where required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before the changes take effect.
Missouri law governs these Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional requirements, disputes will be brought in state courts in St. Charles County, Missouri, or the federal courts serving that county. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
